You have the option to initiate a return within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
Important Notes:
– Condition of Items: All returned items must be in excellent condition, meaning they should be unused, undamaged, and equipped with the original tags still attached.
– Packaging Requirements: Please ensure that items are returned in their original brand packaging. This helps protect the items during transit and ensures they arrive back in a saleable condition.
Refund Process:
Once your return is received and processed, the refund amount will be credited back to your bank account. Please allow 10-14 business days for the transaction to reflect in your account.
How Do I Get My Refund?
– For Kuwait debit card transactions, refunds will typically process within 1 working day.
– For Kuwait visa transactions, please allow up to 14 working days for the refund.
– For Gulf and other countries using a visa, refunds will also take up to 14 working days.
Exchange Process:
What is the timeline for the exchange process?
– In Kuwait:
– Our delivery team will complete the pick-up within 3 business days after you request an exchange.
– After we receive the item, provided it is in good condition, we will process a new order to be delivered to you within 10 days.
– Please note that if the total cost of the exchanged items is less than $50, additional shipping fees will apply since all products are sourced from shops in Turkey.
– For Gulf and Other Countries:
– Customers are required to send the item back to our address in Istanbul using any shipping method of your choice.
– The cost of shipping will be the client’s responsibility.
– Once we receive the item and confirm it is in good condition, we will send the new item without any shipping fees if the total value is more than $100.
Non-Returnable Items:
Please be aware that certain products, including cosmetics, makeup, and underwear, cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances for hygiene reasons.
